No one doubts that if Joe is elected the swamp will be in full, full charge of everything.
The notion of Biden being in charge or on top of an agency of anything else for that matter is totally absurd. He will get his Visiting Angel to give him a report on where his slippers are and that is all he will need to know for the day. We will have gone from having a dem candidate-Hillary who ended out watching the Price is Right from Chappaqa- to one who will be watching the Price is Right in the White House. A large amount of right wingers think in terms of conspiracy theory. They just can’t understand how South Carolina did not follow Iowa and New Hampshire so it must be a cabal. They think Joe Biden can’t possibly be winning (with record turnout) without some giant conspiracy.
It's also going to be big news to a lot of people in California that they are black and where Joe suddenly went from being down a couple levels in the polls but will get a big share of the delegates now.
