I spend most of my time from 9 degrees to 25 degrees north lattitude some summers as high as 45 degrees north.

I think that town is around 60 north, or higher. not for me thanks.

Well, I bet it's drop dead gorgeous. But I'm a desert rat - that just might kill me except for July and August. But tell me more - maybe that will be my summer home.
