Clearly you can read and hear just as well as the rest of us. So don't peddle that shit here. This isn't Ferguson buddy lol
Since I know how much each weighed, apparently I can read better than some.

Try reading the prosecutors announcement on the decision and get back to us, okay corky?Since I know how much each weighed, apparently I can read better than some.
Police officers are taught to make decisions along a Use of Force continuum. A "green" attack is responded to with a green defense/reaction, a yellow gets a yellow and a red gets lethal response. The problem with this continuum is the "in fear for your life" phrase, which a jury cannot easily disprove.
If an officer is in fear for his/her life, lethal force is authorized.
dbphoenix continues to argue (with his head up his ass as usual) that the officer should have not responded with lethal force. This overlooks the fact that a thug attacked an officer and went for his firearm, inside of the police cruiser. Why go for someone's firearm if you don't plan on using it?
That constitutes a red action, showing intent to kill and the policeman responded appropriately. More to the point, the Grand Jury (who reviewed the facts), also considered it justified.
The rest is history, and a bunch of whining jerks who are trying to monday morning quarterback their self-proclaimed legal expertise.
I'd bet dollars to donuts that dbphoenix's only experience in an altercation was when someone served his cafe latte cold at Starbucks on the one occasion he actually left his house. The "man-prancer" knows shit-all about armed and unarmed conflict.

You have heard the word "spin", correct?
So you think the Grand Jurys decision not to indict Officer Wilson qualifies as "spin"?You have heard the word "spin", correct?
