These are called sanctions, reactions to Russia's invasion of another defenceless country, not deliberate criminal acts like hacking. Before Russia invaded Ukraine, we were trading with Russia fine and we were building assets for those Russian billionaires. We still are. New York city is full of townhouses bought by those Russian billionaires. Nobody touched them.
My mind might be small but it knows right from wrong unlike yours.
