the amount of knowledge you have, dictates the risk that is inherent.
risk is not a constant for everyone.
if you are not well learned then there is huge risk in anything you do.
that is why i concentrated on learning....for more than a decade.

I would say there is no long-term investment available. You may have corporations or countries with "long-term investments", but these are probably because of necessity.
