I am only interested in office space using my broker(s) and software. I do not want/need leverage or funds.

I see no mention of Futures or FOREX trading on their website, are you a shill or just a post-a-holic on ET? You live in Ca, what do you know about NYC Real Estate?

What can you offer me monthly?
