Such a shame. Trump really does want to make America great again. So do I. But maybe something will come out of the ashes. I'd rather have ashes than shit; which is what we were headed for before Trump.
At the same time, humanity wants it. Our country is a whore; painted up to look pretty; but rotting from the inside out; spreading disease and misery; our own people eager for destruction and others as well. So much desire so deep within so many souls has a way of manifesting its self. Even the gods want it. They are scared. They've never seen a world like this one. While there are many, they have all come to exist at the same time. It wouldn't surprise me if Cthulhu waltzed out of the gulf and went hiking cross country.

Yes. I was being poetic. What he said was not just the wisdom of an adult, or of an old man, but the wisdom of someone 20 billion years old. Dharma is your "inner nature" if you die and are reincarnated its the "you-ness" that carries over into your next life. If you cultivate it, maybe in one life circumstances are not so good, but in the next you might be able to work your purpose. The word "Dharma" comes from Buddhism. But the concept exists in many religions.
The casino industry is a good example of narrow minded business people playing politics. Why can't US citizens play on the world's poker etc. sites ?

I do not think it comes from Buddhism. The word/idea existed before Buddhism. It's from Sanatana Dharma (aka Hinduism). And the word is from the language 'Sanskrit', one of the oldest languages. And I am not sure the 'you-ness' carries over to next life, but the karmic balance is.
