I would like to start trading prop in Toronto, Canada full time.
I'm a lover of the market and have studied FOREX/trading for over 4 years.
My full time job is flexible and can be shelved for the trial period needed to explore this dream (4-12 months).
Money isn't an issue and savings will be sufficient to last.
Ideally, I want a FX prop firm in Toronto that pays a base salary for comp on the profits. In turn, training, mentorship, office space, software are needed.
Honestly, my major concern is social contact. I need the company of people during the day to stay somewhat sane. If it wasn't the case, I'd go straight retail/ECN. Strange, I know.
Does such an organization exist in Toronto? If so, who are the major players? Recommendations?
