practice is really important to bring success in a proper way but the main problem is when we trade practice in a demo account we never be serious at all , always trade here at random.

Not much has changed in the FX market during the last 15 years. Perhaps the fancier tools were created and now people can trade from their phones as well, but the rules of the game are the same. If you act stupid you lose money, if you have professional understanding about how this market works then you make money. Some years are more volatile than the others but that's just the nature of markets.
