No dipshit. Price is arbitraged. There is no corollary. Decentralized does not abrogate arbitrage. EURUSD bid at 94 and offered at 92... crosses and next price trades inside at 93. That’s arbitrage.

Futures follow spot. Volume in futures is dominated by arbitrage against spot, or simply dot-shots in the BBO that follow spot absent trades.
