Forex daytrading:an honest attempt

if someone didn't already post this here it is

you need BBB

brain
balls
and bucks (money)

if you are 22 you won't be ready to trade till 25-28

I am sorry to bring you bad news, One day you'll understand

freedom trading can bring you will have to be earned

extreme dedication, analytical ability, drive to continue in the face of failure

in US best of the best are called navy seals and black berets

in UK best of the best are called SAS or some other

you will have to become one of them in your head

for christ's sake you competition is Goldman S and others, what do you expect

I noticed you seemed to be making money

sorry but that is all bullshit or temporary luck

you don't understand that a real edge in FX market won't be as easily posted on ET for others to follow

I have 2 edges in FX, you'll never see me post anything about it

see that is the difference between a veteran and a rookie like you

im 15. i came to get advice here to help me with forex.

bang stopped out on long eurusd -19
stop hit on short usdchf + 28

+9 for the day.

so what do you suggest i do?

i think you've got me wrong...
i'm not 'new' to FX , well i've been demoing it for 5 months pretty much, now i've realised using multiple timeframes/trend alignment works well

you know what, a very good trader once told me that the only reason one would make a journal is to boast, inflate their ego etc, and that people who make journals fail.

i don't wanna fail so this thread's over

you seem to be a smart kid

if what you posted about timeframes aligning is an edge, I don't know, I don't care

this would be the kind of information that you should never post

if you work hard and post your results, that is definition of stupid

STUPID doesn't mean bad person,

you can be a really good guy and stupid,

ok good luck, I wish I started at 15

I started at 21 or so :)

yeh, i think it's kinda stupid when people like james16 have a great edge and tell everyone, now eveyone's trading pins , perhaps they'll not work anymore. but whatever, i stopped a trendfollowing forex swing trading thread because i was afraid people might steal my approach for 'free' if you get me

usually people on ET can't do anything, most don't even trade

the problem is when posted edge gets to BIG HOUSES like IB or Goldman etc

that's when edge is gone, because those guys have ton of money, literally

Fuck that guy, there is a lot of bullshit here on ET, make sure not to step in and most certainly don't respond to it.

Looking good, watching UCHF and EU and how they work with each other to confirm setups.

And I thought I started young...at your age, don't get stupid but don't put too much pressure on making money right now. Just keep chugging away within your rules and later than sooner, things will start to make sense.
