Foreigners are fascinated with our politics. Why?

Quote from Kassz007:

Question for Americans:

Do you believe anti-Americansim by Americans has, for the most part, originated or increased due to the economic/financial crash over the past two years or so?

I don't think anti-Americanism has increased or decreased among Americans for that reason, but I do think the free-market philosophy has taken a hit for that reason.

Besides Lucrum, I am the other redneck. Heber Springs, Arkansas. Same invitation for any face-to-face time.

Meet me for grits and a banjo playing contest in two days time!

:D

Can't play the banjo, but I can still kick a Rickenbacker four-string around.

What's the beer situation like down there? And don't tell me I'll be forced to drink Busch because I'll cancel the trip.

Personally ... being in one of the hotspots for microbrewing ... Oregon ...
I have a nice stainless conical brewer in my garage.

I have a nicely aged 4 month honey wheat lager. [with hints of coriander and orange] Running about 8.5% ABV.

Just getting ready to bottle a roasted nut brown wheat ale ... I think I will call it "Sargent Hops."
[It is going to be pretty "hoppy" and about 7.5% abv.]

Trying to get the cream ale taste down.
I want to see if I can swing a peach cream ale or lager.

Next up is a cream stout ... last batch was a blueberry cream stout with mixed reviews.

I was thinking there must be a lot of home-brew in that dry county.

I've ever only brewed mead, ever tried that? Easy stuff I think.
