Ford offering 300million new shares? what should i expect

I own Ford from 3$ its at 5.60 now, with ford offering a ton of new shares tommarow, will it make the stock tank or should i ride it out?
Not sure what to do...

The short term effects might be bad, but the long term affects are probably advantageous.
