I still see Joe Biden as not being the President....but rather....I see him as Barack Obama's Number 1 man, aka bi-ch.
Potato Head Biden is a bumbling idiot. He embarrassed himself in this interview. Jimmy had to go to commercial in order to help stop poor Joe's ramblings. The World is laughing at him.
