After near 30 years around hospices I have seen so many people convinced xyz was making a difference but I long ago saw that beyond certain genetic factors, its mostly random chance. Factors you are not aware of.
I'm about 10 percent body fat now mostly as I'm hoping this will help, I have someone particularly vulnerable to take care of but it probably won't matter at all. It may bounce right off me, I may have already had it in January, might make me really ill. You can't prepare past a certain point.
I was watching a Netflix documentary on speed cube solvers today and spotted a guy who worked for me as a software developer in the background. I sent him a message and he replied "a good thing you messaged, I've gone almost completely deaf from Covid" he is about 35 and very fit, lots if mountain biking. Also he has tinnitus now, that sucks.
