For Sale T. Boone Picken's 68k acre Mesa Vista Ranch $250M

Nothing in Texas is worth 250 million. :confused: (residential real estate-wise)
It will sell years later, for only a third of that initial asking price.

For that much money...I'd rather buy up land, and start a cattle farm. -- Compete against the main, few beef producers.

LOL good luck finding a buyer who wants to sink 250M into that. Fancy video etc aint gonna cut it. No one is gonna stick 250M into illiquid real-estate in Texas with its associated holding costs etc.
