For those more knowledgeable in the structure and segregation of funds for brokerages, wasn't MF an IB as well? I thought that AMP, Mirus, Global etc... were all IB's. So how did MF manage to dip into client funds in this case?

Ok... um I asked a question which you're right, I should have known the answer to. Didn't know that info was a prerequisite to open an account.

I also never claimed to be a full time trader with a huge account either. But if it makes you feel better, leave the tinfoil hat on and keep believing Im on their payroll

Dude, you're taking this waayyy too seriously! I don't know what your issue is but I'm sure it isn't healthy to be this angry...

Honestly though, you could very well be the WORST human being ever. And for the record, I have no aspirations to be a full time trader - I'm quite happy doing what I'm doing. I only wanted to share my limited experience with AMP/NT/CQG - nothing more, nothing less.

Sadly, I'll wake up tomorrow and this will be a distant memory for me but I'm sure your blood pressure will be through the roof for weeks! I just hope the stress of this thread doesn't kill you :p
