For fast food giants, breakfastreally isthe most important meal of the day
A few months ago, Wendy’s announced plans to fire up its breakfast menu with $20m in investment and 20k new employees.

But in the past few months, McDonald’s, Dunkin, and Taco Bell have all doubled down on the breakfast games in response -- and now it’s a full-blown bacon, egg, and cheese battle royale.

So, why did big brands wake up hungry all of a sudden?
Well, foot traffic in chain restaurants is cooling off thanks to the rise of food delivery apps, so fast-food giants are looking for ways to cook up some more business.

Research shows that morning is the only time slot when foot traffic at restaurants is growing, which means that fried eggs have quickly become the final frontier for fast-food franchises.
 
you won't get a fresh cooked fried egg or any thing that resembles a breakfast you get in an old fashion diner. But when your rushed for time it works

The fast food vendors are really missing the boat on breakfast. If they want to attract customers and make real money, they should offer cold pizza and burritos!

Often times the microwaved garbage at mcdonalds tastes better than the eggs I get at the local diner that taste like the chef used the stove as an ashtray.
 
I always get a sausage egg McMuffin without the egg.

Go figure - It’s the healthiest, most REAL item on the menu - but I never liked their eggs (though I do love eggs).

I recently had one (because my kid didn’t want the one with the egg) and I was impressed. Pretty tasty.

McDonalds coffee is like crack. I get one almost every weekday.
 
When I'm up and out in time for breakfast rare but twice this week.

Pancakes and Sausage, extra Sausage and Egg, very nice!!

My body is a temple, no hang on fat like a temple.
