No, I am talking about African-Americans across the board. It may not come as welcome news to you, but there really is no dispute that that is the African-American mean IQ. The only debate is to the cause of that mean score - specifcally, what role, if any, genes play. (The view of most experts is genes account for some of it; estimates range from 25-80%.)
