You're referring to "America" in, say, 1795, or 1819. Very different from the "America" of 2009; actually, there is pretty much nothing in common between the two.

I know sooooo many people that are dual citizens and they moved back to where they came from. None of them ever paid taxes to US. They own businesses houses etc back home. Some visit US frequently.

How the hell IRS will trace a say Argentianian how much he makes and what his assets are back in Argentina. There is no such network money time and power in IRS to do this.

So this thread is allll bulll shit.
