For 24 hour markets..... what is the HOD or LOD?

For 24 hour markets like the forex.. or if stocks were ever to trade 24/7 -- what would you use for the high and low of the day? When do you say the following day actually starts?

Highest and Lowest point between 0hrs - 24hrs on a 24hr clock.
