90% is good. the closer to 100% the better. China's vaccine is not as effective as the m-RNA vaccines developed in the U.S. and Germany. My preference is Moderna if available. A little more robust than Phizer's.

The vaccination rate I reported for Mississippi is wrong. it is closer to 50% today. (Full vaccination) . nowhere near where it must to be to stop the virus completely.
