There won't be any noticeable reduction in the transmission rate until a large fraction of the population is vaccinated. In Mississippi right this moment there is only one in five adults fully vaccinated. That's not enough! and we still have severe cases being reported among the unvaccinated. Stop making excuses, and get Vaccinated. I don't want to hear that you're in the hospital because of Covid.

You are no doubt aware that "unvaccinated" includes people who were injected in the last N weeks, where N was usually 2. In the UK, they found a significant rise in hospitalizations post vaccination but before 2 weeks for certain demographics.
