LOL, I think there was a thread about this not too long ago. Society is going full retard. It's a sign of the times where people are losing their minds at a quicker rate.
I think in the last thread I mentioned that we need to make sure midgets are allowed on the boards also.

No they are not insane. They are fake. They hide their incompetencies and ulterior motives under the false gestures of "progressiveness" and "tolerance". If they are so tolerant of the "vulnerable" members of the society, why don't they open up their own backyard and let those "vulnerable" minorities move in? Or better yet, why don't they live in the same neighbourhood of those "vulnerable" members of the society? When Biden, god forbid, ever gets attacked, does he REALLY want his secret service to just shoot the attacker in the leg like what he advocated for the police to do in dealing with armed criminals?
It's easy when you are not the ones who are living with the reality of life; you can whatever you want out of your a$$. It's different when your own life is invovled. Trump is not perfect but at least he keeps it real. He gives it to you straight. And that's what those "progressives" can't handle because they play by politics and fake gestures.
Those companies who do not wish to comply with the "progressive" requirements just for the sake of being "progressive" should just delist from Nasdaq and form their own exchange to raise funds publicly. There, that's the best way to stand up to identity obsessiveness and fake progressiveness.

For example, in Norway, a listed company as well as other companies above a certain size is required to have at least 40 % of the board consisting of women. They also have to report on women / minorities in leadership positions, salaries for men vs women and so forth.
It is probably just a matter of time before there will be a similar quota for minorities, although it is not required yet.
