It wouldn't surprise me if one day Bitcoin would be in the Guiness Book of Records as the longest lasting financial scam in human history.
It would be an interesting case for psychologists. Trying to understand how so many people could got scammed so long by a very small group that manipulated a non existing currency.

Debt based currencies and crypto's both have advantages and disadvantages.
Depending on which side you are, selective arguments are used to show who is right and who is wrong. If you have to make a choice ALL pro's and contra's from both systems should be evaluated. But in the endless discussions on ET it is clear that this will never happen. So I don't waste my yime on these discussions. I just give my opinion, that's all.
