It is already over if you are considering an entry. The abrupt move is already in progress. At 2pm, you wont see any sudden and abrupt move. Rather, price will become very stable,

Price has already started moving so the expectation is already set in. The only thing is if the Fed minute is *not* as expected one way or the either, then you are going to see some sudden movements otherwise like @victorycountry said, it's going to just stabilize and quiet down.
