Following John Paulson into the BZH trade

Once a long time ago, I thought companies like Beazer were done and would go bankrupt one day. Wasnt it not too long ago the FBI was raiding its offices? What happened with that?

Now I learn that John Paulson purchased 5 million shares. Paulson was the guy shorting the market all the way down and now he is buying Beazer? Huh?

Well, Paulson knows his stuff so I think its time to follow this man into the trade and buy a little Beazer...

At the open tomorrow, I will be buying chunks of Beazer...

Nope, I dont do this for a living. I'm just some retired oil guy out here in Thailand with my laptop in one hand and a margarita in the other practicing life extension and talking shit.

Whether its a big position or a small position, that has no bearing. Its the risk of schmuckdom that has bearing. Even small deals gone bad can put you in the schmuckdom. I think Paulson is being more careful with each move nowadays so he can retain his cred...
