Why would he lie, even he was trying to recruit, the minute a few of the Elite members went for an interview and found out they didn't pay a salary, the firm would get ripped apart on the board. The only way to find out is to visit and check it out.

Although I have no idea about this firm and it traders I do know there are still traders out there making money like this. Of course times have changed, less volatility, old trading strategies don't work, but there is still a lot of money out there. I know someone who had a million dollar day last month. It seems one of the bigger issues on see on this board are traders assuming making money is impossible. They have already defeated themselves before ever pressing a button.
