I think the entire model is determined by some kind of government lawsuit/restructuring.
Isn't that the option kicker though? Curious as a stand alone business w/out this optionality what the value is. Or maybe there is none? ..cause it's a not for profit currently ???

There are plenty of opportunities atm, that are much more clear & easier to understand.
And as for non profit part, the board had quite of payments for themselves. Like, the Icahn or Acman, usually, would rid of the CEO', but in this case, bon voyage to everyone.
