thanks journalist for the link - last time you were on, you hit and ran, so to speak...so i would be hesitant to respond because of that.
 
I thought journalist was kidding about the whole thing..:cool:

all upgrades\downgrades must be released before market open with minimal delay. otherwise this shit should be considered as insider trading.
2-5 min max delay.pre market only. even if you know the news before everybody else, you will be unable to buy a lot of shares anyway
