Because under Trump we have become a banana republic.

When a former president of this country meets with the head law enforcement officer for the country to talk about his wife's investigation that is 100% banana republic.

Ok. during the uranium bribery crime. because as we know, if Mueller and comey don't see a crime, there is no case. In fact, I think Comey used that very definition "there was a crime there but I choose to not see it so there is no case."
Also, as I said, Sessions has said that he is treating it as an open case.
Mueller is closing in on Trump.Their # 1 job is attacking and trying to discredit him.

Yeh, well we have been through this before where we had to hear at length about what a great walk on water guy Comey was.
Except Comey bit off more than he could chew by trying to play a political game. He lost his career, is accused by both parties of interfering with an election, and is now viewed as the man who trashed the fbi.
If Mueller wants to have a go at that political game, then you know by now that I am the first one to be all for it. He and his team are already under fire for corruption. If he wants to try to redeem himself by prosecuting trump, then that is trap I would definitely like to see him walk into. Aside from all the side underlings, he will find out - yet again- how hard it can be to get a conviction and he will end out on the slag heap of history, just like comey.
Right but if he caves and appoints a special prosecutor for the bribery thing and the other issues then you can go ahead and deal with it.
