Here let me paint you a picture since you're struggling:

flynn: "Hey boss, the Kremlin's got dirt on Clinton that could help in your campaign."

Trump: " I'm loving it, set up a back channel and get your ass over there, see what they want in return."

Flynn:. "they've also got a troll army that can help deliver our message and Assagne's cooperating since he hates Hill-dawg"

Trump:"MAGA!"

That's clearly collusion since it's undermining the Democratic process with the aid of a foreign government.

Flynn:. "Mr. President elect, the Kremlin's made contact, they want to discuss a joint plan of attack on ISIS."

Trump: "Russia's invaded our allies and they're clearly assisting Assad by indiscriminately bombing rebel forces, this administration has been clear about it's objections. Let's keep the communications open but we better be careful no laws or ally pacts are being broken"

This 2nd example is quite different and not collusion.

I'm sorry, but it is legal and so is lying to the FBI. This was determined during the summer of 2016. The then acting FBI director said so, and the then acting AG gave her nod of approval. Further it is okay to destroy evidence requested by the FBI. This was also determined during the summer of 2016, again by both the FBI and AG. I really don't know what all the hub bub is about with Flynn lying to the FBI. Of course he would think it was okay to lie as the precedent was already set by the FBI themselves. So I would conclude that anyone, this includes Trump himself, all cabinet members, frankly any U.S. citizen, that it is perfectly legal to lie to the FBI and destroy evidence that they may request. It's already established law.
