Flynn isn't the only one who colluded. Flynn was undercharged because of his cooperation since he did what he was told to. Mueller is coming for the real colluders.

You can pay a foreigner to research - you cannot accept absolutely ANYTHING from a foreigner for FREE as it counts as an in kind donation - not even phone banking is allowed.

If a Dem used a foreigner's research or services without paying for them, then it would be different, not otherwise.
