Flow-Thru tax products

What experience has anyone had with flow-thru tax defferal products?

The business scenario/model looks pretty complicated but I think they a good way to sock your money away from the g-men.
 
I would start with these sites and the rule that if you don't have a real business purpose for the entity it is illegal. If you can find some tax court decisions supporting the structure it is to your advantage to do so. References to the constitution or state laws are NOT the equivalent of a court case.

There are some really good threads people have contributed to on ET with tax saving ideas, and pub 550 may help with business expenses, but beyond that be careful.
