Whoa big fella that post is a mouthful. You mean I go to the MLS pull up a report and then right click on the picture? Do properties the paste with a cntrl ....I'm gonna need help on this....

It's a snap, just look at a post with a picture when you click on reply, you can see what it's supposed to look like.
The URL is there between the img and /img (in [] brackets, of course.) This is just an instruction that tells the ET web software to print the image at that address in the ET webpage. The beauty of it is your own connection goes out and gets the image thereby saving the bandwidth of ET.

Right the area is Hallandale and it's starting to perculate.
Just south is Aventura 1/4 mile. That is where the Aventura Mall is.
East of these buildings is the ocean. But Hallandale also has high rises sitting on Ocean Drive. The Diplomat Hotel straddles Hollywood and Hallandale on the beach. The expensive condo option deal I mentioned earlier is right next to the Diplomat. Make that a bit up the street. There is also another one that
just put up a trailer to begin pre construct selling. We are talking the $300,000 and up community. Just a few blocks north of these buildings lies the Hollywood Lakes district of Hollywood. With homes from $200,000 thru the million dollar set. Then there is your Las Olas about 7 miles north. If the beach keeps tearing down the old and putting up the new high priced condo's. Then this little area will get prices moving higher. That is what has gone on since the Diplomat openned about 2 years ago.
If you are an option trader you look to buy value. Buy underpriced options and sell overpriced against them.
I think that this area is underpriced.. That's my opinion and I could be wrong.
