You would have a hard enough time trying to make law abiding people put this on their AR's, and how do you force this on the non law abiding citizens ?

1. We do not expect a perfect permanent solution, which never exists. Hopefully the total number of casualties would be greatly reduced. Some proactive actions could be taken timely.

2. We can do our currently best for now. Then carry out ongoing improvement later on, in respond to future development.

3. Doing nothing now would not be a good policy. Further delay would cause daily fear to most citizens, children and adults included.

4. Surely potentially hand guns in the future would be used instead, after re-designing AR-15 with GPS built-in. Again, the total casualties would be greatly reduced.

If I'm a potential shooter, I would defeat the so called GPS, much like serial numbers are filed off, barrels rehoned, or semis turned full auto

Perhaps a really clever and experienced design team should be able to overcome this challenge. imo

Once again, ongoing continuous improvements for designing/producing next version of better bullet-proof features and functionalities.

Perhaps AR15 should be completely banned for general citizens. Hunting activities actually do not need AR15 at all.

GPS, maybe dump stuff, is only a compromise stuff. Something is better than nothing for the aim of saving lives, especially children.

The kind of fear to the children and their parents are not a good thing for many generations to come. Not a good culture at all.

I still cannot comprehend why selling powerful guns like AR15 to general citizens.

If the AR15 is a reasonably good thing, perhaps one day selling mini-size nuclear bomb to general citizens would be also legal and acceptable when a good reason is provided such as first amendment or something.

Imagine a parent every day when sending her/his child to school would be possibly the very last day living with the child alive.

Trump now can make America great and truly strong this time by doing something meaningful. At least something like Royal Commission for a proper investigation.

If Trump does nothing this time, sooner or later he would have to do something for the nation, I would guess.

Rep. Mike Bost (R-IL) is taking heat from some of his constituents on Facebook after he delivered a large bag filled with “prayer cards” in the wake of last week’s horrific school shooting in Parkland, Florida.


In a Facebook post from late last week flagged by Patheos, Bost posted a photo of himself handing a bag to a smiling President Trump in the Oval Office.

“Tracy and other ladies from Southern Illinois collected prayer cards, which I hand delivered to President Donald J. Trump!” Bost wrote.

“This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen. You are literally in charge of making the laws for for gun control and you delivered thoughts and prayers,” wrote one constituent named Ellen Elizabeth in response to the post. “That is an offensive smack in the face to all the people who don’t have a right to healthcare but the shooter has a right to his guns.”

“Mike, every time I swear you can’t lower the bar you surprise me,” wrote constituent Ann Wheeler in response. “Smiling at a time like this? Oh, wait, it *is appropriate to smile while you’re getting face time with the president. And that’s what counts here, isn’t it?”

“Instead of prayers and thoughts, when are you going to get serious about some common sense gun regulations?” asked constituent Trudy Moore. “What a disgusting stunt, and both of you grinning like loons.”
