Linked to excel, I need a source of real time data for the stock indices, including the european ones, ftse, cac, dax etc. I've tried the IB dde link and have found it unreliable, also the flickering is a problem even when turning down the update speed. I tried an add-on that went with IB and that also wasn't too reliable, although it was flicker free. I haven't got the programming experience the try VB, C++ etc. I tried Equis but I they used a continous future, not identical to the prices quoted with the broker. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
