Flat Panel Monitors

I've been using a couple 60-lb 21" monitors and would like to switch over to flat-panel. What's the current equivalent for an LCD monitor? Have they gotten that large yet?
 
If you don't mind, which brand do you prefer and 400:1 ratio WOW. Thinking about replacing my 4 19" Sony monitors (they put out lots of heat) as they are beginning to get alittle dull.

It will be hard to switch from 21" Sony monitors to flatpanel displays of any size, if you are concerned with the quality of picture, because those Sony monitors are very clear.

Right now, CRT monitors have much better graphics than LCD's, but I assume the technology will change soon.

Take a look at these links to get a feel for what kind of LCD's are out there right now (there are 21" LCD's out right now, by the way):

Anyone know of something similar for pcs? I saw one of these in action at the doctor's office, it's great, like 1 1/2 monitors wide, super high res.. and hey only $3500 :o

Wooaah! That is one sweet monitor. Can you hook it up to a PC (non-Mac)? Imagine two of those babies on the desk!

I seen someone on Ebay selling one of these big Apple cinema displays. That had it hooked up to a Dell (PC). This was a used monitor though. I have heard that the new Apple displays have a different connector that doesn't work on PC's - but I'm not sure if any of this is true or not (LOL).
