Been waiting for Congress to do its job, but that hasn't worked out, so he is allegedly preparing to act on his own, to which of course you will object.

That hasn't worked out because the "great uniter" has done nothing but shift blame to others. If he reached across the aisle like he claimed he would do when he ran in 2008 (when I voted for him), there might have been a bit less division.
