Don't hold over night, then nothing to worry about, it'll just open 5000pts down and your account is negative by a large amount or maybe positive if your in shorts I guess.

Or over major news events.

The video is irrelevant. 100 point drop back then meant a lot more than it does now.

And yeah, we've had 10 years to watch that vid. We know it's real. It's like listening to a Kentucky Derby gone horribly wrong, with lots of bloody horses all over the track.

Indeed. Where are all the videos of an auctioneer screaming about the limit drops from March of this year? They have been absent. Why is that?

Because the CME pits have been all but eliminated. There is no "trading floor". The sights and sounds of such a venue have been replaced with pixels on a device screen located anywhere in the world. Broadcast networks provide live commentary.

Ben Lichtenstein is still around btw.

Sometimes I think it would be better to trade 15 minutes every day and leave.

The party for US is faaaar from over :

% is what matters, not the size.

If size would matter, UK, France, Germans , NL and Singapore with Japan , would be busted.

Noone cries about that tho.
