It would ensure that the special counsel could only be fired for good cause by a senior Justice Department official and would give the special counsel the ability to ask for an expedited review of his or her firing.

I see that Flake is still humping for the CNN contributor job right up to the last minute.
Whatever, he failed at being a republican Senator so that probably makes him easy prey to live over on the CNN commune drinking the kool aid. Fox booted Ralph Peterson out- excuse, could not reach a contract agreement, hehe, and they targeted him right after. Why would Flake be any different. Both of them are willing to put a dress on so that they can get in the lifeboat with the women.
