What kind of choices we have for fixed income at IB?

Can I buy everything listed at following screener (including MUNIs)?

Please also suggest some reading for investing in bonds.

You can buy corporate bonds at IB but I've found thru trial and error that many issues aren't available. This is either due to lack of liquidity or some other factor that results in IB not being able to handle the trade. But usually I've been able to find some other bond with similar characteristics to meet my needs.

I dont think you can buy munis, and yes some corporates cant be found
