Well, I haven't seen an ENT doctor in many years. Perhaps there has been some advancement in diagnosis and treatment since then. I'll ask my doctor for a specialist referral at my next physical. Thanks.
He indicated there was no way to be sure but this was not a one or the other alone thing. I think all this extra exercise making me breathe like a winded horse has loaded my nasal cavity with crap and the earbuds attacked from the other side?
I would use those sprays even without tinnitus as I really feel I'm getting more O2. My left nasal passage was blocking if I snorted air in hard, now it stays (nearly) open. I'll give it a few more days and report. He said two weeks though maybe a month for the full effect.
They puff more that spray, very small volume of liquid.
