You'll never get more than 50% payout but then you will also be trading at a much higher level, higher risk. Position trading, real arbitrage, overnights, high leverage.

That being said, it's extremely competitive to get in and you are required to sit through at least 12 months of their training (salaried).

It's probably the only true equity prop left out there, besides some groups in Schonfeld.
