First hour of trading 9:30-10:30 alerts

Are there any screeners that can indicate at market open with alerts between 9:30-10:30? Or apps out there that can help me with this strategy? At work I prefer a mobile app for trading

What kind of alerts are you interessted in? And which markets?
@Lord Darkseid, when I asked "which markets", then I was meaning stock, index, ETF, forex, commodities, futures, options etc. such classification of markets, not which country. Never mind, it seems you are interested in alerts for the main indexes:
United States markets, Dow Jones, Nasdaq 100, and the S&P500 I’m interested in the 9:30-10:30 trade alerts.

Gap-up/Gap-down alerts/signals for the spot value come to mind (as such indexes have no volume).
Or some big changes in some MovingAverages.
Or Cross-Up/Cross-Down of some indicator or MovingAverage values...
There are countless possibilities. It depends on which you prefer and are comfortable with, have experience with etc...

Of course you need a provider that generates signals/alerts in realtime using realtime market data.
Unfortunately some of the providers use delayed market data. Ie. one has to be careful...

Tip: when asking such questions, one should be more concrete and specific, especially when the possibilities are such broad.

Like walking into a grocery store and asking first clerk you see where can I find are the edible items?
