If you're using multiple large(r) monitors, doesn't the laptop being front & center kinda get in the way?It puzzles me why anyone uses a desktop these days. A laptop has a built-in battery backup system that you can test in about a second. And unless you are on the absolute bleeding edge AMD and Nvidia both make laptop graphics cards that can handle anything you need. Add a phone with a hotspot (also a built-in backup battery) and you're pretty much set for power outages.
