Thanks for the information you have provided... however do you think if we can go to the media in Panama and Costa Rica and sue this scam, also we can go to the authorities in both countries and caught the owner of this business.

I think the people who work in that call center, they dont know what they are doing and if they do know, they should go to jail too...

i have the names of some people who work there, and i have some cell phone numbers... i dont know if those names are real but the cell-phones work.

I have names like: Christina Delgado, Freddy Vargas, Jorge Perez, Alberto Arana, Ronald Blanco, and George...

Those people work in the call center, and i have some phone numbers... the idea is to find out where in Heredia they operate... do u know of any company who can track the email accounts for the ip number or if we can track the phone number?

Additional the owner or the brain of this business is Julio Collado who live in Panama.

I have more names who work with this guy!

his brother Ernesto Collado, his wife Maribel Mendoza de Collado... his business partner DAYSI LORENA GIL.

I also has his son's full name and daughter's full name but i dont want to put it on this forum...

Also i have the address of Julio Collado in Panama:

He lives in "Las Acacias calle 18 casa XXXX"... with the address can we get his phone number???

I dont know how we should proceed but i believe we should do somehitng against Julio Collado... of courver everything under the law.

Good to hear that someone wants to do anything. I have send several notices to different offices. One to Costa Rica consumer bureau answered just this past week by saying I should go to a lawyer. I copy you the text.

En estos casos la denuncia sería en la vía judicial, ya que en asuntos comerciales la Ley del Consumidor no tiene competencia para conocer este tipo de asuntos.

I think they should be exposed, but I also think that more research should be done. I don´t believe that the people who work there, especially Ronald Blanco doesn´t or Cristina don´t know what they are up to. Another thought is if they do not work in Costa Rica, Panama or Canada, we can hardly do anything, except in Costa Rica ... they are commiting a crime there and this type of business will not do any good to the reputation of that country. If you ask me I will NEVER trust any business in Costa Rica from now on and will make sure that everyone knows it. Maybe that will move them to do something. But as you saw from the answer it may be unlikely.

I think Mr Collado is the one who we should go after... I think people who work in the call center is aware of what they are doing, because they avoid you and lie in many respects.

i would like to proceed... let's agree how and go ahead with some legal actions.

I think we should try to get written material. They are very careful not to send anything in writing. Also, the actual address where Christina and the other people work. They say they are in Costa Rica but in their instructions they do not appear.

I will keep on thinking what else to get prior to take a step ahead.

... We musn't think for too long though.
 
What I can do is to collect all the emails I have received from them and also if you like I can record future calls... in other words I can do that and there are many reason I can call and make it long for recording purposes.

Do you have any contacts in Costa Rica?

I work in the US and fortunately my business is doing fine and we do a lot of businesses in Latin America... so I can ask one of my customer in Costa Rica to do me a favor and find out anything about c1cm.

Those people in this call center are all lier and they know it... i dont know why they keep that job, anyway send me an email i can share more infortion i have found.

We now know that they are a scam.

It is important to know who they are and where they really are.

Do you think it is possible to find this out.
 
It is important to report these people to different sites. They have ads all over google and keep on embeselling people.

Be careful not to deal with them.
