Is first alert's new product working better than the old product? I gave up on the old one because of all the false filter returns and the trouble with maintaining data on my own machine

Jem I've heard the "lighter" version of FIrst Alert isn't all it is cracked up to be from some traders.
I'm doing fine with the original First Alert but I have it run in Chicago while the computer in front of me runs in Citrix. (I only get the pixels not the data )
