Firms with Account Value Stop Trading/Account Lock?

Hi -- wondering if any of the retail brokers have an ability to set a max loss value on the account value before it locks the account and liquidates everything that is already open?

I know OEC has an alert system that has the ability to flag/alert when an account value hits certain thresholds but not sure if it allows you to lock trading..
