Firms that require <5k deposit?

There are a number of retail firms that will take accounts less than 5k, but what are your expectations for such a low amount?
 
I know some casinos in the Chicago area that will service that action. Depending on where you live, there maybe a casino close to you too! Some will even spot you some free chips to get started. :)
